Before Sculpting
You can cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to proceed with sculpting your bobblehead figurine. Normally you should request a cancellation of the order within 6 hours from the order placement,then you can get a full refund in this case.
After Sculpting
Once the production has already begun, or the proofs have been sent to you, or for Urgent Plan order (arrive within one week), 50% of total amount as cancellation fee may apply no matter when the cancellation be requested as we begin to sculpture immediately after we receive your order. Our product is fully personalized as per the customer’s characteristic. Once the order be cancelled, both the material and handicraft would go to waste, and there should be a kind of compensation from the customer for the cancellation of order due to personal reasons of customer.
Damaged/defective Products
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, we may offer a refund or a replacement. If the received personalized product has manufacturing defects or quality problems that are the fault of the company, customers are generally eligible for a full or partial refund, or a replacement for the order.
Timeliness Principle
For the completed orders, customers must request a refund within 48 hours after receiving the product.

The time it takes for the us to process the refund can vary, ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks according to the complexity of particular case.

Dissatisfaction for product
During the process of making the product, we send the proofs for customer to ensure 100% satisfaction. We would finally arrange shipment for the order only after we receive the approval for the proofs. However, in rare case, customer would think it is different from the proofs when they see the product. In fact, we would not to change anything after we get the approval of the customer, but move to bake process once we receive the approval. This case happens mainly because of the perspective of seeing the finished product is different from seeing the proof. We may offer a satisfaction guarantee, allowing customers to request a refund or modifications if they are not satisfied with the final product. However, this may not always be a full refund, and specific conditions and requirements may apply.
Exchanges Policy
We accept exchange for product only in the event of manufacturing defects or damages during transit. It may be applied for a replacement or refund within 48 hours from the date of the receipt of your purchase. Replacement and shipping cost will be covered by custombobbles.co.uk.
Exchanges for personalized product due to customer dissatisfaction are generally not accepted, as each item is personalized according to the customer's specifications and approved before shipping. But we can offer 50% OFF for a replacement of the same order in this case and shipping cost would be covered by customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned or exchanged item, we will process the return or exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by service@custombobbles.co.uk.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the return or exchange is due to a consumer's decision (e.g., you changed your mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
If the goods you received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
