We have five options for the size: 6 inches(about 15cm), 7 inches(about 18cm), 8 inches(about 20cm), 9 inches(about 23cm) and 11 inches(about 28cm). If you need other size, please feel free to contact us.

People and pet's(animal's) figurines can be either made as bobble head or stationary head. That's two ways of head connection of our main products. You can choose one option in each product page. But for wine stopper, wine opener and keychain, it can only be made to stationary head.

From the time the order is placed to the time you receive it, the whole process contains crafting time and shipping time. We have different crafting time options from 1 to 10 business days. And it takes another 5-8 business days for standard shipping time. For more details, please check the page of Terms of Shipment.

Good quality photos are essential for the likeness of the bobblehead. A good front view photo is a must. You can also send us other photos such as side views and rear view if you have, in order to capture every details of the person.

You'll receive progress photos during fabrication for your input. Request modifications to ensure the final piece exceeds expectations. Please review promptly, as delayed approvals or significant alterations require additional sculpting labor that impacts delivery schedules.

Normally, for only head custom order, we just send the head proofs for verification and for 100% custom order, we will send head proofs and body proofs together for your confirmation.

5. Indicate if rush production is required

Yeah you can proceed to checkout after picking a body style—no information forms needed. We'll then await your email containing all visual references and requirements.

Modification feasibility depends entirely on outfit complexity. Minor adjustments aligning with your initial figure selection are complimentary. For radically different designs, we implement changes at a nominal modification fee.

Normally you can pay your order with Paypal or Credit Card. In addition, you can also pay your order by Google Pay or Apple Pay. 

Yes, after we ship your order we will update the status. At the same time, you will receive an email with the details of shipment information - tracking site and tracking number for you to check.

We will arrange shipment based on your choice for your order.

For the order that less than or equal to 3 pcs (<= 3 figurines), we have two options for the shipping methods. Please check the shipping fee and timeline as below.

For the order that more than 3 pcs (> 3 figurines), we would offer VIP Free Shipping option with the time line 5-8 Business Days.

The total delivery time is not totally accurate and one or two business days delay is considered as normal situation. In addition, remote area would need extra 1-3 days for remote shipping time. You can contact DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT or contact us to check the details.
